Pelacà 1931 is a small, luxury villa situated in the village of Villavetro, just a 5 minute walk from the Marina and the beaches of Bogliaco.
The original farmhouse has been skillfully renovated to create a welcoming villa of sophisticated but practical design, perfect integrated with the colors and architecture of the village. Glass panels and picture windows create a seamless transition from the living area to the patio furnished with table and chairs, the mini-pool, and the large garden of olive and lemon trees.
The mini-pool (5x2 Mt) is heated, equipped with a Jacuzzi and an elegant safety covering. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people; the bedroom has a double-bed and the living room two single sofa beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a Nespresso machine. Air conditioning and heating have been installed throughout. The entire property is fenced and sheltered to safeguard the wellbeing and privacy of our guests. The villa is on one level with no steps or stairs.
